Strength training for men 50–65
Most training apps are written for a healthy thirty-year-old and handed to everyone else. Hestaria starts from your conditions, your medications and your injuries, and builds the program from there.
Not a medical device. Hestaria adapts your training around your health. It does not diagnose, treat or manage any condition, and it never replaces your doctor.

How it works
Tell it once what's true of you. Every session after that is built from it — which movements, how hard, how fast you progress, and what to watch.
A real example
Plus wall sits added for blood pressure, balance work added for bone, and every rule in the app tagged with the condition that produced it — so you can always see why.
The app
Large type, no streaks, no confetti, nothing to dismiss. It shows you what to do today and what your own numbers are saying.

Why it looks like this
The planEvery rule carries the reason it exists, in plain language.

Progress
Front view, 14 weeks apart
ProgressWeight, lifts and photos on one screen — so a flat week reads as what it is.
What's in it
Fifteen conditions, six medication classes, injuries and equipment. Movements swapped or excluded, an effort ceiling set, progression paced, and a clearance gate for anything that needs a doctor's sign-off first.
Every set with reps and effort. Then a weekly read that applies the rules to your own numbers: three flat weeks means recalibrate portions, three hard weeks means take an easier one.
Photograph the plate for a protein and calorie estimate. Every entry is checked against your own restrictions — so a dish that's wrong for your diet, your allergies or your blood pressure gets flagged.
Progress photos side by side with your weight on each date. The mirror is a bad judge because you see it daily. Eight weeks apart is where the change is obvious.
Privacy
Not as a policy. As a fact about how the app is built.
There is no upload path for an image in the app. Not a setting — a missing capability.
Pricing
The part that matters — the condition-aware program, the log, the weekly review — costs nothing and never expires.
Everything on one device.
Your history, everywhere.
Prices are indicative while we're in early access. Nobody is charged during the beta.
Questions
That is your cardiologist's call, not ours, and the app is built to say so. Conditions that need sign-off trigger a clearance gate: walking and mobility stay available, the full program unlocks once you confirm a doctor has cleared you. Stop rules are visible on every screen.
No, and it doesn't try to. Hestaria is fitness programming that adapts around your health. It doesn't diagnose, it doesn't manage conditions, it gives no medication guidance and it sets no clinical targets. Where its suggestions and your clinician's disagree, your clinician is right.
Useful, not precise — and the app says so on every entry. Oil, butter and sauces are invisible in a photograph and can move calories by a third. Every estimate arrives with a confidence level and stays editable. Building it to look authoritative would make it worse than a paper notebook.
Because a program aimed at everybody is aimed at nobody. Recovery slows, joints have history, and medications arrive that change how training should be measured. Building for one group means we can be specific instead of generic. Other groups deserve the same specificity — from a product built for them.
Half a pound to a pound a week. Thirty pounds takes eight to twelve months. Any app promising faster is describing water weight, and you'll find that out in week three. We'd rather you hear it now.
We're testing with a small group first. Leave your email and we'll be in touch when there's a build worth your time.
One email when the beta opens. Nothing else, and no sharing with anyone.
